so there is enough til i get paid again in the utilities account plus a cushion just for the bills--Rent money can go all to discover card. the money in the joint checking is where next week's money is coming from so if you use the card it will come out of your week allotment.

so i was looking at the utilities account. I am realizing that the reason that I don't like using that account with a card (except to transfer at an atm) is because 2 reasons: 1) It's harder to track if we have extra for discovercard and 2)it allows for poor planning. If I need gas then I have to transfer the money or figure out how much I can buy. I can't just fall back on the wrong account.
Just my thoughts!

So I went through the bills today and we are doing okay. We might need to change your direct deposit to WAMU so if you can pick up the paperwork to change that would be great. We probably should just look at it together for a minute this weekend. ALSO will you please remind me to call Xcel because the debit came out of our mad money instead of the bill account like it has been.

I forgot that I set up a flex spending account. I can turn in all of my medicine receipts (so we need to keep them) for reimbursement!!!
